Our menus can be tailored to exactly what you require and what you prefer, so this is simply an example of what we can do.
Vegetarian options can be swapped in and out as you require. And we may have alternates suggestions which you might also like.

And remember, at The Complete Gourmet we strongly believe in using local suppliers and use quality seasonal produce where possible and available, so the chances are that what you end up eating has come from very nearby.
Hot Buffet Options
All can be served with seasonal vegetables
- Butterfly leg of lamb with lavender and honey
- Slow cooked lamb in a tomato sauce with olives and rosemary
- Lamb/beef tagine with rice spiced sauce and served with Pearl cous cous
- Chicken and wild mushrooms in a cream, tarragon and caramelised shallot sauce (Can be a pie)
- Beef braised in red wine with shallots
- Mexican chilli beef (Braised beef in a rich dark spiced sauce)
- Brazilian Pork stew with corn dumplings
- Spanish pork meat balls and butter bean stew
- Thai green curry (veggie or chicken)
- Chicken and leek pie with a thyme and crumb topping
- Slow cooked shoulder of pork with apple sauce
- Luxury fish pie topped with creamy mashed potato
